GCC's GreenWorks program provides land management training and green stewardship stipends with the aims of supporting neighborhood-scale employment and small business growth in St. Louis’ high-vacancy neighborhoods. We connect small businesses and City departments to the experience and expertise of our land management partners to improve our regional ability to maintain a variety of landscapes, including native ecosystems and green infrastructure. Our Green Stewards program funds stipends for open space maintenance by neighbors with an interest in land management and stewardship. |
