wells goodfellow tree planting and flower planting event!
We invite you to join neighborhood residents, Forest ReLeaf, and the Green City Coalition as we plant 75 trees in the Wells Goodfellow neighborhood! We will also be planting native flowers in the WGF Belt Loop Community Orchard. All trees will be planted in the tree lawns across from vacant lots, with ongoing maintenance and watering being provided by Forest ReLeaf and the Green City Coalition. Come get your hands in the ground, plant a tree that will last your lifetime, and meet other neighbors!
No experience or tools needed. Snacks and drinks will be provided, and anyone who plants a tree or a flower will be entered into a gift card raffle.
